Tim Jensen started the Veridus Group over eleven years ago with the goal of serving partners and communities by solving unique challenges. Since the inception of the Veridus Group, Tim has focused on building relationships, and leveraging his team’s unparalleled experience and knowledge.
After 18 years in the real estate development and construction industry, Tim noticed that the owner was often the most neglected and under-utilized resource on almost every project. Tim wanted to change the traditional approach to projects, and launched the Veridus Group that encompassed Owner’s Representative services, among other complimentary services.
The Veridus Group has been working with cities and towns throughout Indiana and the Midwest. The City of Lawrenceburg’s Event Center and Hotel was Veridus’ first project in 2011. Our extensive municipal experience gives us an understanding of how to deliver public projects while our private experience gives us a unique perspective on the best way to approach projects. Veridus brings one of the most unique skill sets to help communities of all sizes in completing their complex projects.
