West Lafayette Wellness Center

This 70,000 square foot Wellness Center is located on existing park property in West Lafayette and was a result of the city engaging the community in a feasibility study to focus on parks and wellness. The facility includes multiple fitness spaces, gymnasiums, and a beautiful natatorium. The building was designed by architecture firm Perkins+Will and constructed in 2020 by The Skillman Corporation. The facility opened in early 2021 and has been well-received by the community. Veridus represented the City and the Parks Department in the design and construction.
