Since its founding in 2011 by Tim Jensen, Veridus Group Inc. has been dedicated to building relationships and harnessing our team’s unparalleled experience to serve our clients. Initially focused on Owner's Technical Representation services, we quickly expanded into Civil / Site Engineering and Community and Economic Development services. Our continued growth and the increasing complexity of our projects led us to take the next bold step.
In 2025, our three departments evolved into a family of companies: Veridus Advisors, Naventiam Design, and Civitas Strategies. This strategic transformation allows us to sharpen our focus and deliver even greater value to the communities and businesses we serve, addressing a wide range of project and building needs with precision and excellence.

Tim Jensen, PE, LEED AP, CPTED
Being a broker, developer, and contractor, Tim has an experienced background that provides a deep knowledge in seeing projects come to life. In 2011, Tim founded Veridus Group, Inc. and has been the Owner’s Representative on over $1 billion of public and private work. His passion to serve provides high-level leadership to the Veridus Group team and clients throughout every project.

Marc Griffith, LEED GA
As Vice President, Marc’s focus on corporate development provides the team with the necessary processes, resources, and opportunities to grow their ability to serve the company’s Vision to develop healthy, vibrant, and active individuals and communities who collaborate to create a better world.

Kerry Sell
Leading finance, HR, and business operations for more than 25 years, Kerry leads Veridus’ Administrative Team. His transparent, relational approach nurtures the unique culture at the Veridus Group's.

David Rainey, BECxP, CxA+BE
David's dynamic personality and positive demeanor make him an invaluable asset to the Owner's Representative team. His expertise extends beyond building assessments to encompass civil design and the representation of owners in complex projects. As the first employee to join the Veridus Group in 2012, David has consistently fostered strong, trusted relationships with both new and longstanding clients, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence.

Operations Team

Lori Martin
After graduating from Bethel College, Lori spent nine years in the banking industry, working in various positions within the accounting department. She transitioned to Finance Director at a local nonprofit, where she oversaw HR and Accounting for five years. She enjoys ensuring all the behind-the-scene details are taken care of and that the team has everything they need to succeed in their areas.

Jessica Bachmann, SHRM-CP
With over 20 years of professional office experience, Jessica applies her diverse skill set to her role on the Administration Team. Her track record of success, combined with her passion for helping others, positions her perfectly to provide the support and guidance that staff members need to excel in their roles.

Lauren Belt
After graduating from DePaul University, Lauren spent nearly seven years in elementary education in New York City and Indianapolis, during which she gained valuable organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Lauren is applying these skills and utilizing her passion for design to assist the team in her role as Marketing Specialist.

Deborah Arisman
Deb is an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years in the field, specializing in industries such as RV and mobile homes, valves and flow control, pharmaceuticals, and non-profits. She applies her expertise while embracing new challenges at the Veridus Group. As a dedicated member of the team, Deb embodies the Veridus Group's core values in her work.

Maddie Kerr
Maddie is driven by a passion for supporting others and ensuring team success. With a strong love of learning, she works diligently behind the scenes to provide the resources and support necessary for optimal performance. Maddie holds a degree in Mathematics Education from Ball State University and brings a keen analytical mindset to her work. Outside the office, she is an active community volunteer, a dedicated karate practitioner, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Claire Thrift
Claire recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Event Management. Driven by a passion for creating impactful and memorable experiences, Claire contributes her skills and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful impact in her role.
