After graduating from Purdue with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, John has worked on projects of all sizes. John is a World Champion jet ski racer in 2008, is a youth ministries leader at Harbour Shores Church and his favorite food is Buffalo mac and cheese.

Jason Callis

Jason is a relationship-focused professional with over 25 years of experience in Facilities Management. He has served as President for the Indianapolis Chapter of IFMA and is a current member of the Global Board of Directors. He has a diverse range of experience working with educational, commercial offices, healthcare, retail, congregational, and several other private entities. During his career, Jason has managed facilities and projects in over 26 countries while fostering the best practices model for IFMA in the built environment. He has a passion for giving back to the community and volunteers his expertise to several non-for-profit groups.

Shane has over 25 years of law enforcement experience and conducts security and safety assessments for our clients. Shane is a former Chief of Police, FBI National Academy graduate, ALiCE & Stop the Bleed instructor and uses his knowledge of violent critical indents to help staff have a plan to react properly.

Katie Maiers
Assistant Project Manager
With her extensive experience managing art projects and community engagement activities, Katie’s expertise lies in bringing together various groups with similar goals to produce coherent results. She creatively applies her scientific background in biology and plant science to bring creative ideas and solutions to unique challenges. In her free time, Katie serves as President of the Speedway Arts Council, created and manages the Speedway Garden Club hosting various garden installations and clean-ups, and volunteers at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site gardens as a member of the Arbutus Garden Club.

Pete Olson

He recently retired from public service after more than 20 years of experience in local government and enjoys utilizing various techniques to vision, implement, construct, and operate projects and government services that lead to successful communities. Utilizing his skills as a veteran high school football official, he is able to overcome conflicts while seeing both sides of the situation.
