The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Team by managing schedules, assisting in the planning and execution of various internal events and retreats, and performing additional tasks as requested. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing meetings, maintaining company file structure, responding to inquiries, collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator on event-related materials, assisting Directors, and helping with general office operations. The role involves fostering company culture as well as promoting Veridus both internally and externally. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, demonstrates high initiative, adaptability, professionalism, attention-to-detail, urgency in meeting deadlines, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, while being optimistic, sociable, and collaborative.
Owners Rep Group
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects and supervising the construction team, monthly invoicing, weekly progress meetings as well as ensuring quality, production, and safety throughout the construction process.  This position plays an integral part of the organization and lead for construction project management team. PM will exhibit strong skills in construction management and will demonstrate an ability to oversee total construction efforts, providing administrative and technical direction to their team ensuring each project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule specifications.  The PM acts in a fundamental leadership role to provide administrative oversight, and manage all functions of the project management team.

Civil Engineering Group
Civil Engineering in land development is a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Project Engineer will be an integral part of the design process and should be trained in cad (Civil 3D a plus), basic design, and due diligence. This role includes completing small to medium difficulty leveled tasks required for developing plan sets, providing submittals and obtaining permit approvals. Civil Engineering Group
At Veridus Group, our relationships with our clients and partners are integral to the success of our projects and the impact we have on the communities in which we engage. The Civil Engineering Project Manager is a vital member of the team through their knowledge of design, communication skills, mentoring and leadership as well as their coordination and collaboration with staff, design team members, clients, contractors and reviewing agencies. The Project Manager leads the project from feasibility to final design, navigating the permitting process, and continuing through bidding and construction. We are seeking a talented, engaging, and knowledgeable individual responsible for the project design, client relationship, quality control, budget, schedule, as well as the supervision and mentoring of project staff . The candidate should possess 5-8 years of experience, PE preferred, and be familiar with all aspects of a dynamic land development project including site demolition, site layouts, grading and drainage, stormwater management, infrastructure and utilities.

The CAD Technician has a basic knowledge and proficiency of AutoCAD and Civil 3D as related to land development and site infrastructure design. The CAD Technician is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to advance their technical skills while working with the civil engineering team to develop plans and for current, future, and past projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration. We are seeking a talented, engaging, and knowledgeable individual responsible for the project design, client relationship, quality control, budget, schedule, as well as the supervision and mentoring of project staff . The candidate should possess 5-8 years of experience, PE preferred, and be familiar with all aspects of a dynamic land development project including site demolition, site layouts, grading and drainage, stormwater management, infrastructure and utilities.
Building Forensics Group
The Project Manager is the main point of contact that will coordinate with clients, partners, and project managers to complete a project within the budget/timeline. The Project Manager must have a degree from an accredited engineering or architectural school or several years of forensic evaluations, assessments, and reporting experience. They must have experience conducting engagements (i.e., Property Condition Assessments) and must be able to produce technical reports clearly depicting the results of our evaluations and assessments. The Project Manager is expected to do whatever is required to guide clients through the project.
Veridus Michigan
The Director of Client Development will assume a key leadership role within the Veridus Michigan office, requiring at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within the design or construction industry. This position entails cultivating and maintaining client and partner relationships as well as aligning company skills with client needs to implement solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staying knowledgeable of trends and market conditions to identify potential markets and clients, coordinating business development efforts, providing positive leadership in conjunction with the leadership team, collaborating with the marketing lead to develop and implement marketing strategies, and representing Veridus at events and industry forums in the state of Michigan. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, alongside a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges, while embodying our firm’s values and culture.
