IU Health West Vertical Expansion

The IU Health West Vertical Expansion included a two-floor expansion of the existing hospital. During construction, it was critical that the Veridus Group help manage and expertly represent the design, construction and occupancy of these additional floors all while the hospital remained in service. This building enclosure commissioning project required Veridus to work with critical water infiltration issues that required assessment, evaluation and repair in order to prevent negative impacts on the open hospital space below. The attention to detail, proactive and collaborative discussions with the hospital teams were essential in the success of this project.
