The Veridus Group was selected by this coalition to lead a study and planning effort to promote smart growth. This included building consensus among a large and diverse group of stakeholders and overseeing the completion of a housing study and land use plan. This work has ultimately identified a need for diverse residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Moving forward, Veridus will be responsible for guiding the implementation of these recommendations and continuing to build consensus about opportunities for smart growth along the Corridor.
