Levinson, Noblesville

Veridus was hired by the City of Noblesville to consult on four large public/private partnership projects seeking incentives from the City for development.  Our Community and Economic Development Team continues to help the City understand the private development market, how to coordinate this level of investment through TIF and other funds, and how and when to acquire or dispose of property required for development.
