Walter Payton Power Equipment

Walter Payton Power Equipment selected Veridus to lead the design and construction teams in the development of a new facility in Whitestown Indiana. The facility included office space for service and sales operations and a 20,000-square-foot service and maintenance structure. This space also included a large drive-through paint booth for crane and construction equipment. The building was designed by Delv Design and constructed by Patterson Horth. Construction was completed in the fall of 2018.
