Owner’s Representative

The Veridus Group was honored to be the Owner’s Representative for the Johnson County Public Library, a community center that aims to champion learning, improve visibility and usability, and facilitate multi-generational and cultural connection within the county.

The library consists of an Adult Learning Center (ALC), Early Childhood Learning area, a STEAM Zone Robotics Learning Lab, public art installations, a nature trail, and plans on adding a community garden. The ALC offers free tutoring services and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction. The STEAM Zone Robotics Learning Lab is a brand new space for the Johnson County Public Library (JCPL) system and will offer programming there for all ages.

The Veridus Group celebrated the Grand Opening of the library in March of 2022. Johnson County is excited to provide this state-of-the-art building to its community to read, create, and discover for years to come.
