Veridus Group was hired to complete plans for mass grading, utility design and detention analysis for the roughly 130-acre site, known as Avon Landing in the Town of Avon, IN. Avon Landing is a proposed development site best suited for commercial and industrial. Veridus’ site and civil work on this master-planned development allows the Town to easily understand and market the sites for future development.
