Carmel Clay Public Library

The Carmel Clay Public Library selected Veridus to lead their team through design, construction, and relocation services for an extensive expansion and renovation project. The expansion includes a two story addition for additional adult collection and a new home for the Digital Media Lab. Other expansion and renovation goals include renovated spaces focused on Teen and Children’s services as well as a large 400 person program space for events. The project has required extensive coordination with the City and collaboration from several parties on establishing an 80,000 square foot temporary location in a former grocery facility. Construction of the expansion and renovation began in October of 2020 and is anticipated to be complete in the Summer of 2022.
