Hancock Health

Hired to assist Hancock Health, Veridus helped determine Hancock Health’s vision in developing 140 acres at the southwest corner of I-70 and Mt. Comfort Road. Our team designed and communicated to the development community, ensured the appropriate zoning and financing mechanisms were in place, and assisted in negotiations with interested parties.  The first phase of the campus has begun and is intended to lay the foundation for the expansion of Hancock Health, further serving the immediate and future healthcare needs of Hancock County.  The campus will utilize 25 acres for hospital and medical services with acreage for future development.
