West Lafayette Wellness Center Project Highlight

The Veridus Group was honored to be the Owner’s Representative for the West Lafayette Wellness Center, a 70,000 sq. ft. facility including multiple fitness spaces, a beautiful natatorium, and spaces for youth programs. After West Lafayette engaged in a parks and wellness community feasibility study, our Owner’s Rep team worked with the City and Parks Department, Perkins&Will, and Skillman Construction in the design and construction of this great project. We would like to congratulate Mayor Dennis and the City of West Lafayette on receiving the 2021 AIA Merit Award for the Wellness Center.
